Terms + Conditions


Due to the nature of our products, we make them to order.  What this means for you is that when you open your products, it has been freshly made just for you. This fresh factor also means that our product stock is dictated by our supply stock.


+ Please keep in mind that the products you are purchasing are handmade, 100% natural and free of preservatives, there will be variations in scent and colour among batches.



Currently items ordered and paid for ship in 3-5 business days, unless otherwise stated.




Shipping rates are subject to change at any given time.  The standard shipping rate option includes just shipping, no tracking number or insurance.  The Tracking option comes with insurance and a tracking number so you can follow the progress of your purchase.  There is also free shipping over $40 on orders within Canada.




If Customs charges occur please note that you are 100% responsible for the fees. We, the seller, are not responsible for customs charges. Please note that orders can take up to 3 weeks to arrive once they are shipped, since all orders must pass through customs and are subject to inspections.  However long this takes is out of our hands.



Elle and Mane, being a new store, does not have international shipping at this time.  If you live outside of Canada and the US and would like to make a purchase, please send us an email at orders@elleandmane.com and we will do our best to complete a transaction for you.  Don’t be discouraged, we will have international shipping in the near future.




+ If you have any problems with your order or if you did not receive your product, please contact us and let us know. We truly want to please our customers and will always try our hardest to resolve any situations that come up.


+If you would like to cancel/edit your order, you can do this in one of two ways:


+ Option One:  Registering on Elle and Mane allows you to see your order history, and keep tabs on where your order is.  The option to cancel is on that page.


+ Option Two:  If you placed an order but did not register on Elle and Mane, you can submit a cancel request to orders@elleandmane.com.  Please be sure to provide your name, and your 5-digit order number.


Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, we can offer a store credit, on a case by case basis.
